I was inspired to start Dennisha's Village, because of my own struggles as a unguided teenage mother. The experience taught me many of things. One important thing is that it is good to have someone who cares, even if its a stranger, or an organization founded by someone who cared. My pain became my passion. I wanted to be the founder of an organization that cared about people, specifically people who were teenage parents. Dennisha's Village 4 Teenage Parents, is just that. I also founded Heritage of LOVE, which is a branch off of Dennisha's Village, that focuses Specifically on helping children in our forgotten communities, have some fun and create positive experiences. We are always looking for others that are inspired to help but don't where to go.. Please explore the page and contact us if you would like to get involved... Ill leave you with the words of Mother Theresa. "I alone can not change the world, but i can cast a stone across the water to create many ripples."
